Chronic Pain Workshops are group calls designed for people with chronic pain to:

• find support, understanding and community of people who care and experience similar challenges

• develop strategies and skills to help relieve and heal from pain

• be an affordable and accessible for everyone place to find support between visits with your pain specialist
